Services: means the simulated trading services provided by the Company under this Program, including but not limited to access to the Account, Trading Platform, Dashboard, performance analytics, evaluation tools, and any related technical or support services.

Trading Platform: The software environment used to place simulated trades. Virtual Funds: Simulated capital placed by the Company for demo trading purposes.

Third-Party Providers: means third parties whose tools, platforms, payment systems, identity verification solutions, or other services may be integrated or linked.

Scope of Services

The Company provides you with:

  • Access to an Account funded with virtual funds;
  • Access to the Trading Platform and Dashboard;
  • Performance tracking, analytics, and evaluation tools;
  • Program rules and operational

The technical infrastructure supporting the Olbios Markets Technologies LLC platforms and market data is supplied through third-party liquidity providers.

 Simulated Environment

All trading takes place in a simulated environment using virtual funds. No real capital is traded at any time.

Challenge fees and payments grant access to simulation tools, analytics, and evaluation services only. They do not represent deposits or investments.

  • Require Company approval
  • May be subject to review of trading data and compliance

Eligibility, registration and account information

Age and capacity. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity to accept these General Terms and to use the Website/Dashboard.

Accurate information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering and when using the Dashboard. You must promptly update your details if they change.

No misrepresentation. You must not impersonate any person or entity, provide false information, or misrepresent your identity, residency, or location.

Compliance, restricted jurisdictions, and integrity controls

Account security and credentials

Online Registration Terms

The registration fees are paid to allow you to access the Olbios Markets Technologies LLC platform, models and services. You are not entitled to a refund of the registration fees as the service is directly delivered after purchase. No refund applies to the service that Olbios Markets Technologies LLC offers.

Account closure may limit access to prior records, subject to legal retention obligations.

Effect: Suspension/termination under these General Terms affects Website/Dashboard access. Product-specific effects including but not limited to fees, refunds, accounts, rewards are governed by the applicable product terms.
