Davis has over 30 years’ experience across financial services and Health & Social Care. He has held various roles across financial sales and compliance in leading financial institutions across London over a 15-year period.

Davis is a serial entrepreneur who founded a care home company and grew it to 20 homes across the UK.  A Master Fellow of the Life Management Institute, Davis also holds a Bsc (Hons) degree in Social Work and a Master’s in Health Economics.

Davis founded Olbios Markets Technologies to give traders greater opportunities to improve their skills, earn faster payouts and better financial rewards.

Baljit is a senior finance professional holding a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce. She has extensive hands-on experience in bookkeeping, payroll management, and financial operations. Her expertise spans maintaining accurate financial records, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. At Olbios Markets Technologies, Baljit is responsible for finance and risk management, supporting the firm’s financial integrity and day-to-day operations.
